The process began with a detailed client brief outlining a clear objective: to balance the essence of tradition with the elegance of modernism. The goal was to reimagine Persian Kilims, preserving their rich heritage while redefining them to resonate with a contemporary audience.
The creative process was sparked at the intersection of rugs, contemporary design, and architecture. Inspiration came from Namazkhaneh, a minimalist prayer hall in Iran’s National Museum of Carpet, blends tradition and modernity This unique harmony, set against the backdrop of the carpet museum, became the foundation for the logo design concept.
With the foundation in place, creativity soared. Namazkhaneh's design, resembling two open-air boxes nested within each other, pushed me to think beyond conventional limits. To innovate, I sought a fresh perspective; the aerial view, capturing the essence of the space from above, became the key to unlocking the design.
